Best Pediatrician

I love to sit in a clean, tidy and child friendly waiting room. The staff is courteous and pleasant. The waiting time is about 10 minutes. Dr. Chavez is patient and wonderful with identifying and diagnosing my children. He works well with the other specialists. I am blessed to have him as my children's pediatrician.

We have found Dr Chavez to be a caring, patient and thorough practitioner. He takes his time, listens and explains in a way you can understand. He seems very passionate about the patient's care, asks questions and his experience shows. I am never afraid to ask questions and always get a good (not rushed) answer. His front desk staff, on the other hand, act like they have the worst job in the world. They don't care about what you have to say, if you stand at the counter they ignore you and they are rude if you do have to speak with them. I don't understand why.. the people at the front desk of the neighboring offices are friendly, but the people here are a polar opposite of the doctor they work for. Regardless, I still highly recommend Dr. Chavez and continue to visit regardless of his front desk staff. Wait times could improve but I chalk that up to the fact the doctor listens explains and never rushes on to the next patient.

Dr Chavez is wonderful and on-point! He is courteous, caring, and extremly intelligent! The appointments are great once you get past his staff. His staff is rude and uncaring.

Dr. Chavez LISTENS to his patients. When other doctors barely heard a word that was said, he listened, and then put us on the right path to wellness for my daughter. He's knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the well being of his patients. Awesome doctor!
