They Only care about the money. Very rude staff office. You have to wait months for referral.

Dr Campos is a doctor that actually listens and conversed with his patients. This means there is sometimes a little wait, however, I'd rather wait and have a concerned Doctor that tries to find a reason why and probable cure than one that just slaps a bandaid on the symptoms.

I have medications that MUST be refilled on a monthly basis. He is the only PCP that makes his patients schedule an appointment BEFORE he refills the prescription; thus requiring a monthly visit to him. In those visits he does NOT examine you--he sits at the computer desk and reads what my other physicians have said and what procedures they may have performed. I have many messages (sent to him via the internet portal which I have printed out) asking why I had to schedule an appt. just to have my prescriptions refilled. I even discussed it with my pharmacist who was also perplexed sending faxes after faxes for authorization which he ignores--There are several complaints filed by other patients through the CT medical board and fines he has paid for unprofessional, poor care and other issues of health care. My previous pcp closed the office--and his name was on the list that I received from there as a referral; therefore I chose him as I trusted he would be a good physician. However,… after just three visits (all made just to have prescriptions refilled) I had to beg in a message just in the past two weeks to have a prescription refilled and again was told I had to make an office visit--I threatened to contact the medical board and my insurance companies--once he received that message via the portal--he sent in the prescription renewal. I sent another message demanding my records--one of the complaints from two other patients was they were told their records were lost--today I spoke with a member of his staff and said I would pick them up--as I did not want them to be lost like other patients had experienced....I strongly emphasize--do NOT make the same mistakes as I and others have done--stay away from Helar Campos.

Ever since I've visited Dr. Campos office, my general health has greatly improved.

Thank you so much for the medication you gave me. Xifaxan and Stiolto respimat. The xifaxan works great, but do I need to take it every day? The Stiolto also works great, but should I stop taking it and start taking the symbicort and how long should I take the symbicort? No one else knew what to do, even the G.I. associates. I can't believe how great I feel and I can eat anything.

Just awful.

I have never been seen within an hour of my appointment time.I had a 7 am appointment,the first of the day and was not called into a room until 930.The staff is one of the worst I have seen.Referrals takes weeks to be arranged and then some are wrong.They take walkins before appointments if they complain enough and the billing has a lot to be desired.They refuse to treat if you have a bill.In my case I had to pay for 2 visits after my insurance aid and was never sent a bill.To this day I am still trying to get the balances off my account which they refuse to do even with the credit card receipt that they gave me when the bill was paid. Many prescriptions that most doctors give for a year require a revisit after 60 days just to be able to bill you for the visit. The worst id when I had lab tests done.I was called in for the results which the Dr made like they were so bad and then had to come back in 2 weeks.He went over the same results and this time there was no major issues and… another follow up 2 weeks after that and the same results this time requiring a consult with another dr.And finally being told by Dr Campos he wanted to make sure the cancer did not matastisise.No one had ever mentioned cancer to us and to our knowledge there is no cancer. In this office you get the best care if you are of hispanic decent.Go in and sit for an hour or so and you will see for yourself.
