Dr. Helen Kei Chung-Hussain

After being a patient for several years, I can attest that Dr. Chung-Hussain is very friendly and intelligent, but she misleads patients into getting extra work done that is unnecessary. This doctor didnâ??t even look at my chart before the visit, so she had no idea she had been my OBGYN for the past few years. Instead of upselling for extra services without informing the patient that insurance probably wouldn't cover it, she should be more caring of a patients' well-being (inside and outside the doctor's office). Because of her, a huge unexpected bill has arrived. (Great timing, since I recently got laid off!) I'm very disappointed and no longer trust this doctor.

Seen the doctor multiple times for the same condition with no diagnosis. It was hard to get a appointment with the doctor in a timely manner. Provider would suggest going to the ER or urgent clinic instead of working you in for emergency issues. Never will go back to the physician due to lack of care that was received.
