Dr Holtes practices are the worst ever! I wish I had never gone there. Would never recommend her to anyone! If I could choose 0 stars I would have.

I scheduled my appts first thing in the morning or last appt of the day and always got right in and out! My daughter felt super comfortable with all the assistants and looked forward to getting different colors each appointment. She was in braces a bit longer than we originally thought but nothing extreme. The end result was well worth it!

Each visit, they would tell me that I'm close to getting my braces off. It was really like a guessing game because I would get my hopes up, thinking I'll get them off the next month. That turned into a yr or more. I had to wear braces for 7yrs. Scheduling appointments were horrible. They would want to see me back in 6 months for a retainer check and then would tell me their calendar didn't go out that far. Really! I can schedule my other Drs' appointments a year in advance. Some of the staff were nice and others seemed rude.

wouldn't take my daughter back who still has braces, there fault we wasn't seen, then said we missed that appointment so they would not see her no more, they are very unprofessional,we have had to just get a lawyer to go after them.

My child has been in braces for 4 years. It seems like a guessing game. Fix one gap, open another. Back and forth. They cancel appointments at the last minute and reschedule a month later. Wish I'd never gone here. Can't wait for it to be over. Pray my child's roots aren't permanently damaged from this.
