Unwilling or unable to explain, nor to answer simple and relevant questions. Just gives you some robotic responses and tries to get rid of you as quickly as possible. I never experienced such a weird attitude from a doctor.

I am a 65-year-old woman. For over 30 years I had the same PCP, whom I liked very much -- even remaining with her for about six years after she became a "concierge medicine" doctor. When the annual fee for this "privilege" of remaining her patient became too great a burden for me, I began a search for a new PCP. Just last year, on the recommendation of a relative, I began seeing Dr. Ireland. I simply could not be happier with her and the entire staff at her office! Dr. Ireland is calm, compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable. In addition, everyone else (medical assistants, laboratory technicians, and receptionists) are polite, helpful, and in general "on top of things". My phone calls to the office are returned promptly. There is even a social worker on staff to help out with any urgent concerns. Recently I was diagnosed by a nurse practitioner at this office with shingles, despite the fact that my symptoms did not fit the typical presentation of shingles. I was very grateful to… receive a correct diagnosis so quickly. To say that I am pleased to have found Dr. Ireland and her practice would be an understatement. I believe that I am in very capable hands, and could not be happier!

Dr. Ireland is a great doctor. I've always found her to be sincere and thorough and she makes me feel comfortable. She takes the time to answer questions and ensures a full understanding of a diagnosis. I like these things about her.

Dr. Ireland is the best Dr. I have ever been to, She has the best bed side manner. She spent plenty of time with me and was so kind and listened to all of my problems and I would go in her office with a list .And at the time I saw her,I had many health issues..She is great...Love her and miss her . I have moved away am planning to return to the area soon.

Dr. Ireland was wonderful and totally took away my anxiety of MDs that I had for more than 3 years. 5 stars!

Dr. Ireland is smart, compassionate and down to earth. She has excellent bedside manner and is very supportive. I always feel she answers my questions so that I'm well informed, and allows me to be a partner in making health care decisions. She never makes me feel ashamed of coming in for a visit and the office staff is super friendly and courteous. This is a great practice.

Dr. Ireland is very caring. She takes the time to listen to me. We need more doctors like her.
