Dr. Helen Liu, MD

When I first met Dr Liu she was short and abrupt but ordered tests and seemed thorough. The second time, which was my follow up, she was rough and mean. She said she didnâ??t know why I was having the symptoms I was experiencing and got mad at me for that. In the five minutes I saw her she discredited all the information I had gotten from my other doctors (two of whom were specialists) and told me to â??get it out of my headâ?? when I referred to the previous information I had received. She questioned all of my other doctors and my own report of symptoms. Basically she kicked me when I was down. This doctor is brutal and rude; I spent way too much money in two visits to her to be treated so harshly. I myself am a professional and would never treat anybody this way, and have never seen so much disrespect for human feeling in my entire life. DO NOT go to this doctor and be treated unfairly yourself, save the money and see a neurologist that will treat you with compassion. Going through… medical crisis is hard enough without being treated this way by someone who is supposed to be a health care professional.
