Dr. Helen Pham Nguyen

First off, I was a new patient and made an appointment with Dr. Thy Nguyen, but the Dr. Helen Nguyen. She has absolutely no caring attitude. She just stormed in a room and no greeting whatsoever. She has very arrogant attitudes, and cleaning was so rough. I was amazed that she just squeezed my mouse to close it not once but THREE times! After check-up, she just said that I need root canals for both of my front teeth, one of which I do not have pains at all. I was told to wait in a reception area, waited for another 15 minutes, and the receptionist just hand me a "treatment plan" with ~$2500 estimates without any explanation. Of course, I requested to talk with Dr. Nguyen ans she finally explained (she was just sitting in her office by the way). I was very so uncomfortable throughout my visit and immediately called the insurance and changed a dentist. I called a clinic to request x-rays to bring in to a new dentist, but the receptionist was very bizarre...She kept sending my x-ray… document with wrong email addresses!!!! who doesn't know email addresses have "@" as a part. Very bad communication manners. Run away from this clinic!!
