Definitely go to her if you wanna wait for two hours to be seen for five minutes and then degraded when you finally see her good luck

This medical professional participates with Teledoc and was the unfortunate person that handled my ‘visit’. I was absolutely stunned by the rudeness and complete unprofessionalism. I was on hold for about 30 minutes for a second time before I finally got her on the video visit and literally the first question was do you need a doctor? Why else would I call and make an appointment. I use Teledoc to free up a visit at my primary care because it was not urgent. I wear scrubs from my work but I work in IT and when she found that out I was completely humiliated and belittled from her. I posted images of my issue and she asked me what I wanted to do about them?! It was just a complete and pathetic attempt at medical care. I requested the full video from Teledoc and have formally filed a serious complaint because she has no business being in the medical field especially with these trying times in Covid. Extremely rude and unprofessional is all I can say. Do not use this person !

DO NOT GO HERE unless you wanted to be treated stupid and enjoy getting your bloodwork lost. I have filed a paper complaint about the office as well as talked to Dr Oconner and her nurse in person about this and it has just gotten worse.

I have never had a doctors office not try to work you in when you are sick. I don't go to the doctor that often, but getting an appointment with them is not an easy task. Her staff and nurse are rude and condescending. Dr. O'Connor is a good doctor, but if you can't get in to see her than what is the point of being a patient.

I have been going to Dr. O'Connor for 35 +years . I think she is a very good Dr. Her PA Rachel is wonderful too. Over the years her staff has become so very rude almost hateful. No one ever responds to phone calls. They don't call prescriptions so you have to call them and end up with no response! Message after message and no return call. Then when I finally call appointments so I can talk to a real person they are angry and talk down to you like you are stupid. Makes me sad because I used to love going to this Dr. and now have had to go somewhere where the staff actually cares about the patients needs.

our family doctor for many years. sometimes you do wait a while in the office and exam rooms but, when the doctor comes in and spends time listening and just talking to you like you are the only thing that matters. it makes it worth it.

This was the 1st doctor I saw when I moved to OKC. I spent a lot of time researching her and thought I found the perfect doctor. But instead I found a doctor who doesn't care to see you in person and speak, she would rather have her minions call and keep testing you for things because she cannot come up with a diagnosis. The office staff are the worst people I have ever dealt with in my life! Read reviews I am not the first to say this. They ignored me, went weeks to months before getting back to me about any test results. I called them so many times and in the end after being ignored for over a month as to where to go next and increasingly getting sicker; I chose to say enough and found myself a new doctor. Who found a bad vitamin d deficiency that Dr O'Connor never detected. Then when she couldn't do more for me sent me to a neurologist immediately. Like you were suppose to do. A couple months later we have a diagnosis. I have a Chiari 1 Malformation of the brain! So thanks for… nothing!!! I really hope you fire everyone in your office; they are a representation of you as a doctor. And because of that you are responsible for the horrible care I got from your office.

Dr O'Connor front desk staff are rude, forget to cancel appointments and just do not care.

She seems to be a good doctor but she needs new staff immediately!
