Dr Helen Reigle is outstanding. Her staff go above and beyond. I am so fortunate to have such a amazing Dr as her in a small town.

Very caring and does anything she can to resolve medical issues.

She actually listens to you.

I would never, ever recommend this doctor. The previous reviews are probably from people who have had the luxury of having insurance their whole lives. I went to her with insurance initially and she did great. However, the second I told her my dad's insurance was dropped, she treated me like I didn't matter. She took her sweet time knowing that I had a 102 degree fever. I was probably the second person to arrive of the five people who were called and I was called last. As I sat there sick as a dog, the nurses tried to distract my hour long wait by giving information they googled. Once I was finally taken care of, she told me I needed to go to a different doctor when I could even afford to go to her. They said they would call me with the other doctor's info the next day; I ended up waiting four days and, in the interim, I became violently ill. I'm a college student who makes $35 a week... my insurance is all messed up but "Dr." Riegle didn't care at all.

Dr. Helen Riegle had been my Doctor for close to 20 years. She is an excellent Doctor and she is sadly missed since I moved away. Can't find a any other Doctor like her.

I am impressed with Dr. Helen's caring and timeliness. I have always had answers to my questions and prompt return of telephone messages by her staff.
