Dr. Helen Rozella Ross, MD

I decided to see Dr. Ross despite seeing all the bad reviews about her staff. First, I called to make and appointment and never received a call back so I stoped by when I was near her Office. The Man at the front desk did not acknowledge us when we walked in even after he made eye contact he kept doing his paperwork. Once he did have us come around the corner to make an appointment he was so abrupt and approved angry at something. He would and cut me off when I was talking. Once I made the appointment I decided to call back and cancel and won't be back. I hope the Dr. knows that she is losing business due to her rude front staff person.

Arrived 25 min early male office staff rude and arrogant, Said I came to early for a 2:30 appt. I was there early to fill out paper work I was told to go outside they do not like people waiting in their waiting room more than 10 min early. I left. OH I did have a mask on this was so asanine!!!!

We had recent first time appointments with Dr. Ross! She is THE BEST DERMATOLOGIST that we have ever been to! She has a great personality and is very thorough! We highly recommend her! Roger & Bette Chalmers

Her office staff is arrogant and rude. The doctor is condescending as if she knows that everyone is a horrible parent. The office environment is terrible. My 16-year-old daughter went here with low self-esteem came out with even lower self-esteem as a resident in Casa Grande for 48 years and my entire family living here my grandparents settled here back in the 20s every friend and neighbor I know I will ask To never go here!

Waited about a month for appt. No problem arrived early to fill out usual paperwork. Front office staff rude and arrogant. Guy in office was the rudest person I have ever encountered in any business environment. Run don't walk from this place. Much better choices

Dr. Ross is very thorough and professional. She is friendly and explains things in a way a lay person can understand. The office has a pleasant atmosphere. I have been going to Dr. Ross for a few years and must say she is top notch.

This office and Dr. Ross are awesome. She is extremely competent and delivers information with a good sense of humor. She is a joy. The patients room even has an easy chair!

Dr. Ross is warm and friendly, seems very knowledgeable, is clear and easy to understand when she gives advice or explains treatments. She does not rush through your appointment and always asks if there is anything she needs to clarify or if there are any other questions or areas I want addressed. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so.
