Dr Rovira is the most caring and professional emergency doctor that had treat me in an emergency setting. After several visits to an emergency room she was the only one to give an accurate diagnosis. She spent time answering my questions+ my familyI highly recommend Dr Rovira

My sister was sent to this hospital after a terrible accident in which she had a severe wound about 6 inches long and a gash so deep her bone was exposed. She sat in the ER room for a very long timewas taken there by the ambulance and had to wait hours before being treated. After the Doctor saw her she was given all sort of pain medication ie: morphine via iv etc. She was stiched up in both the muscle and flesh. Upon her release the Doctor and staff failed to give her the most important thing an antibiotic, and only gave her a Roxicet (very strong)pain medicine. We tried to called the hosp[ital several times to see if they could please call in the antibiotic that they forgot to give her and the hospital refused to call the antibiotic to the pharmacy. They told us to come in as a new patient and we would have to wait all over again until she was seen as a new patient. The hospital & staff have very poor bed side manners and the Doctor(s) they don't treat you with the approprite care… that a medical facility should provide. DO NOT GO THERE. Currently having this situation evaluiated by an attorney.
