Dr. Helena Mary Schroyer, MD

She is so attentive and caring. She has been a blessing.

She takes her time with patients however her office staff is u reliable and rude. It is difficult to find a Family Practice physician in Wilmington so I have stuck with this practice but it is just frustrating. I’m finished.

She has been taking care of my family foe the past 5 years. She is very sweet and listens well.

There are few Doctors left who will take the time to listen to you and actually listen to what you are saying. You may have to wait, but I'm ok with that.

She has been my DR for 20 years. Yes, sometimes she runs behind, but for very good reason. She takes the time to listen to you. She goes over everything with you. I have NEVER felt rushed through an appointment. So if I have to wait an hour for that kind of care, then that's what I will do.

Every time I have visited this office, even with a scheduled appointment, I have waited at least an hour. The last time I left after waiting for two hours, one being put into a room, and never being checked on again. I only needed results of my bloodwork. I find her staff to be very unprofessional and gruff. The doctor does spend a sufficient amount of time with her patients after they wait a very long time. The entire experience is not worth the wait. She is no better than any other family physician I have met with. I have also found most other doctors’ offices to more professional and serviceable. I rate this experience a two out of a five.

I feel Dr. Schroyer always takes the time to listen. I don't feel rushed even though I know she is busy.
