My visit with Dr.Spalding was an absolute pleasure. She was polite, very attentive, and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable throughout my visit and the staff was welcoming. I would highly recommend Dr. Spalding for your women health needs.

I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Spalding. I went for my annual women wellness visit and felt comfortable throughout my exam. She took her time, answered all my questions and overall was very pleasant to meet with. I would highly recommend her services.

I’m truly thankful to have found Dr. Spalding! She is one of the most professional, warmest, highly skilled medical professionals I have ever had. She takes her time and listens to you, and you feel that you are in the best hands possible. I’ve highly recommended her to my sister-in-law and many of my friends, and they’ve all had the most incredible experiences with her during their pregnancies and births. I watched her through my nephew’s delivery and couldn’t have chosen a better Doctor to deliver him. I absolutely adore her, and so do they! She has the best bedside manners and makes you feel extremely comfortable, and calm. Highly recommend!!!

I’m not one to go out of my way to leave reviews unless my experience at a particular place of business is exceptionally good or bad. In this case, I have to say that my experience with prestige obgyn has been awful. The doctor that I regularly see, Dr. Stern, is great. He’s friendly and seems to love what he does. However, whenever he is not available, my appointments have been with the other doctors there and both times that my usual doctor has been unavailable I’ve been placed under the care of Dr. Spaulding. She is awful. I’m 32 weeks pregnant with my first child and not sure what to expect as my delivery date comes closer so before my appointment today, I came prepared with a list of 3 questions that I had. I asked Dr. Spaulding how I would know when it was time to go deliver, how I would go about having Dr. Stern at my delivery, and what the cost of their services would be to help ,e deliver at my local hospital. Dr. Spaulding’s response was that I need to start reading… books/doing online searches/asking friends and family members about their birth experiences in order to educate myself because it is not her job to educate me. In regards to my question on the cost of their delivery services she answered saying that I should have been given paperwork previously with that information and that her job is with medicine and not paperwork therefore it was not her job to give me that information. Mind you, she was 2 hours late to my appointment. I told her that I had waited two hours for her and would appreciate if she could at least give me the courtesy of more than five minutes of her time and her response was that all of my questions were topics that were my responsibility to educate myself on. I informed the manager on duty of my experience with her and she was appalled, apologized and promised that the owner of the practice, Soraya would reach out to me. I have been trying to reach Soraya for weeks now. I’ve called the office several times in the last two and a half weeks requesting for Soraya to contact me in regards to ANOTHER horrible experience at her office and she has neglected to do so. Also, good luck scheduling your appointment with this office. Some days you have to call the office several times back to back with the receptionists answering the phones and hanging up on you before you even get the chance to say anything because they are so busy. The last time I called to schedule an appointment this was the case and Gina answered the phone and when I asked her about a letter I got in the mail stating that my insurance was being renegotiated and may no longer cover my office visits with them, she told me that she had no idea what I was talking about and when I told her that I had the letter in my hand she got irritated and started raising her voice at me restating that she had no idea what I was talking about. This practice is a joke. And good luck getting FMLA/leave of absence paperwork filled out to get approved by your employer with this office. They have ONE person in charge of paperwork by the name of Mary and the poor woman is so up to her neck in stacks of paperwork that the minimum wait time to get your paperwork done with this office is 14 days. I almost lost my job a few months ago because of this, and when I needed a stool accommodation for my job so that I could sit while working it was a mission and a half to get that done as well and almost missed the deadline to get that paperwork done. I’ve had other bad experiences with this office but I feel my blood pressure rising so I’m just going to leave this review at that. Honestly I regret ever choosing this office to guide me through my first time with motherhood. I got so frustrated during my last visit at this office because of how rude and dismissive that Dr Spaulding was that I started crying. Two hours late to her appointment and wouldn’t even give me the time of day, I was just a quick 5 minute paycheck to her. Unbelievable. I don’t understand how she has any good reviews online because my only other experience with her was similar. When it is time to deliver my baby I will NOT be allowing her to be the one to assist me.

Front office ladies were wonderful the nurse Stacy was wonderful as far as Dr. Spaulding very sad to see a good doctor become so jaded It appears Dr. Spalding is only working on auto pilot more concerned about how many hours their billing and the patient themselves again very disappointing more importantly was how dirty the office and office building was for practice that’s been established for so long I left with many questions of why it’s being ran so poorly
