I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I obtained my Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1997. I have extensive experience providing individual and group therapy for diverse populations. In the past, I've worked as a School Social Worker for 15 years, providing therapeutic and social-emotional support to elementary and middle school students and their families. My work with combat veterans and their loved ones has fueled my passion for helping people navigate and thrive after enduring trauma and loss.
I use an integrative approach and pull from cognitive behavior therapies, solutions-focused brief therapy, and mindfulness practices. I enjoy meeting clients where they are, building on their strengths, and working together with them as they become empowered to meet their goals and …achieve the balance and wellness they deserve.
