Dr. Helena Helga Liptakova, MD

I had Dr. Liptakova as my daughters pediatrician since my daughter was born. Ever since she went into new management her office staff has been a nightmare. They are so rude and careless about patients. They are so unprofessional and the dress cord needs to be enforced. Don't get me started with the Supervisor Priscilla who has no respect and careless of patients needs. For someone in that position you would expect someone caring and respectful but man was I in for it. Ever since I moved to a different provider I can see the difference in staff and providers. I am so in love with my daughters new pediatrician. She is amazing to my daughter and when my daughter was sick she took the time to call me to check on her. When the results where not in she had someone from her staff reach out to me to make sure I didn't make the trip to her office for nothing and they inform they will call me once they are in. Which they did. One main issue why I left. l had taken my daughter to Dr. Liptakova… due to swallowing a pine nut. She said my daughter was fine. She gave me a referral to get an xray done but she stated you can do it tomorrow. At this time my daughter doesn't want to wake up and is having a hard time breathing. So instead of going home and waiting I took her to the ER where she was rushed in and placed on a half coma for over a week. It was the worse feeling ever. When I went back for the follow up all she said was Oh sorry.

Staff not really helpful front staff confused .Did not want to contact Medicaid or help Dr liptakova's patients mother so child was not seen not judging Dr she is great but come on patiient going there for 12yrs .come on front desk stop being embarrassment to Dr liptakova's office

Well I have been taking my kid to this one Dr. for some time. I have noticed the courteous staff that was ones in place are gone i'am super dissatisfied with her staff. Another thing her office was full of mosquitos everywhere, my kid came out of the office with over six bites besides that it took 2 hours to see the Dr. I really think her practice has gone down a notch or two.

Dr. Liptakova is probably the best doctor I have taken my kids to. She never leaves anything to chance and is very thorough. From my experience I can tell that she is very respected and gets results. I am very pleased with her and so happy that she is my kids pediatrician. Her staff is also wonderful, especially Nurse Lopez.

Best Doctor Ever woulnt change her!She is caring and kind And a Great pediatrician my kids love her and I do too!
