Hello. I am a board-certified Licensed Professional Counselor licensed to practice in Arizona. I am certified in telemental health; I am also a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I have been in the field for more than 20 years, working in community mental health, correctional health, and integrated healthcare settings in addition to owning a private practice. I work with adults needing help with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I use a variety of treatment modalities, with special emphasis on Solution-focused Brief Therapy. This collaborative approach is goal-centered, emphasizing what you want to achieve. Our work involves finding solutions in the present and identifying your hopes for the future, then creating a plan for how to realize that future using your strengths and talents. My approach is founded on the belief that we all have within ourselves the capacity for creating a rich and rewarding life - one worth living.
