Horrible service and totally unprofessional office staff. Will never go back

Dr. Ruiz-Pla Has been our family doctor for over 20 years. She has given our family too level care. My mother recently passed away and she sat with us at the hospital till 4:30 in the morning. She has the worlds biggest heart and bed side manners. She is very knowledgable in both conventional and natural remedies.

Although Dr. Ruiz spent plenty of time with me, Dr. Ruiz is very disorganized and does not provide helpful information about your condition. Most of my questions regarding my condition remained unanswered. She seems to go off on tangents which makes this whole time spent with her a waste. To top it off her office staff is extremely rude and disorganized. My records were misplaced, a record of my prescribed medicine was recorded, and I was yelled at by the receptionist twice for not asking to be billed for my visit and then for asking to be billed for my visit. It is a very chaotic office and the atmosphere only aggravated my condition. I will not be going back. Hopefully, this review will help others when deciding to visit Dr. Ruiz's office.
