Dr. Heloise Demoin Westbrook, MD

Great Dr and I would recommend her to anybody. I have been seeing her for 3 years and I hope to be seeing her for 3 more. Great Great Dr who really cares about her patients

Mrs. Westbrook is a good doctor she may have a wait time and u my get ur meds late some times but over all I wouldn't want another pain doctor I've been going for two yrs and I've had good and bad visits , but she does her best for people, she isn't rude she is efficient, I appreciate her as my doctor like I do all my other doctors, if u want sweet and passive treatment go to the ER , because she isn't the ER ,

This Dr. HAS NO RIGHT TREATING ANY PATIENTS. She doesn't refill the meds as she should . She is rude and will hang up on you if you call and remind her about your meds . She will let you going along period of time without your meds. She yells at you during your visit and belittles you . You can always hear her yelling at patients in the next room , and she makes you wait long periods of time waiting on your appt. Does anyone know who a person can call and report this wacko Dr. too ?

This WOMAN does not deserve to be a Dr. at all, my second visit with her she was yelling at me for being honest! You see I have MS, Crohn’s, and this very rare cyst on my spine that is half the size of a football so I stay in consistent pain and some months are worse than others so I might run out of my med early that my family Dr has prescribed to me, well I told this CRAZY WOMAN this and she treated me as if I was gonna die and I was a drug addict lol. So needless to say I was a crying mess when I left there and everyone in that office heard everything she was saying, which I would think goes against your privacy. So PLEASE, PLEASE, stay far away from this HORRIBLE woman!!

I've been seeing Dr Westbrook for almost 2 years after the doctor I was seeing left. So I was given to her. At first I wasn't sure how to take her or if I even liked her, but she has turned out to be the best pain management doctor that I have been to! She actually listens to my concerns and addresses them. She is the best!

Rude. Automatically assumes you are looking for pain medds and will say your overreacting to say level of pain. She believes in prescribing methadone if you complain about any medication she prescribes

I took my mother-in-law to her monthly appointments today. Dr Westbrook's was the first. Rude is an understatement. Very disrespectful and unwilling to let you finish a sentence. She excused herself and we could hear her in the exam room be door, she was raising her voice with this patient over an appointment not being kept with a neurosurgeon. The young lady became very blunt spoken and stern with her words and made it clear she was not going to be spoken to in a demeaning fashion. I'm just glad someone else sees this quack for what she is it's really sad when a Dr passes judgement on patients and it's at all concerned for their well being. After today's visit, I've contacted the main office and filed a complaint. I urge the others who have had a similar experience to do the same.

Dr Westbrook is one of the most caring doctors that I’ve ever known. She’s professional and dedicated to all of her patients.

One of the most uncaring, greedy people I have ever met! looks down upon her patients. A few months in her care I was suicidal. her staff is worse than she is.

She is an excellent doctor who actually cares for her patients. While under her care I was able to lead a somewhat normal life.
