He started his path to medicine in India, eventually completing an internship, residency and fellowship at Howard University in Washington, D.C., as well as an additional fellowship in non-invasive cardiology at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Outside of his practice, he enjoys exploring underwater worlds as a scuba diver.
