Dr. Hemant Pande, MD

The office staff is pretty horrible about getting back to you in a timely manner, the moment they called to remind me of my office visit the whole message was left in Spanish! I had to always call to get results and when they called me to follow up on my CT report the results were given by staff and no follow up visit was scheduled, I only saw the doctor once which was for my consult and that was all my care from him.

This doctor sees you for 3 minutes and you’re out the door with a referral for a procedure. Doesn’t listen to anything you say . Doesn’t care . Provides no feedback. His office in Lynwood also schedules appointments early morning even though he doesn’t get there till a bit later . They always say he is running late from the hospital but its just an excuse (he works at a hospital during early mornings)for them to squeeze as many appointments in as possible even if it means having people wait.

Very accurate diagnosis and extrememly capable doctor. My only complaint is getting an appointment sooner.

The only complaint I have is that I need to wait about a month for an appointment with Dr. Pande to receive the results of a CT scan. I wanted to find out if the CT scan showed an improvement, no change, or worsening of the condition. The receptionist said they were "booked" and wouldn't be able to get me in any sooner.
