The doctor is perfectly nice. BUT. His office people are horrible. They do not even know which health insurance they accept. They told us they accept our insurance, but they were wrong. So then we get a bill for $5000 and we are confused. After dozens of wasted hours talking to our insurance we finally figure out the problem. They were wrong. They don't accept our insurance. But that doesn't stop them. They pursue us for payment for 9 months, even though the mistake is theirs. Our next step is lawsuit. This doctor needs to start paying attention to all aspects of his business, because this is not the way to treat mothers and children.
