Dr. Hemen Shah is very thorough in assessing your health problem. He treats you with care and as an individual. I’ve been his patient since 2004 and am grateful for his expertise.

Cant give 0 stars. Run don't walk as far from this practice as you can get,the incompetence is unreal.I usually have one of the first appts. of the day and the Dr. Hemen Shah is regularly 45 min to an hour or more late I have walked out several times. When you call 99.9% of the time you get a recording and if lucky you will get a call back in 2 to 3 days if at all.I have changed to a new practice and it has taken over a month to get my records transferred to my new Dr. and they still haven't gotten them. I hope you are not real sick cause you will be in big trouble waiting for help here.

There was a day when Doctors made house calls. This Doctor is that type. Although he doesn't make house calls, he really cares about my health. It is more important to him that his patience remain healthy and out of the Hospital. I have been seeing him since 2004.

I have been seeing Dr. Shah for over a decade. I have been very pleased with the quality of his medical care and his thoroughness, regardless of the nature of my concern or type of complaint. He always spends a lot of time with me and explains clearly what he is doing and his diagnosis. He is most open to questions and I never feel rushed out the door.

He is a very kind and supportive doctor. He makes the appointment easier, and lightens the mood by making jokes.

If you're upset about being sick rather than a search to the cause he'll want you to cover it up with prozac. After telling the doctor my findings - with signs leading to a cause - he ignored everything I said and didn't start with the logical direction, but sent me first in the direction of prozac, then was going to send me to tests that were far removed from my problem.
