Dr. Henry Alvarez, MD

I have been going to Dr Alvarez for many years and cannot agree with the rating that a one time client gave to Dr Alvarez. I spoke with my wife, who is also a Dr Alvarez' patient and she agreed with me. The staff is very professional and the waiting time has always been very acceptable

Alvarez waiting room full with patients waiting up to two hours for their appointments. Asked them if this was typical and they said unfortunately yes. When finally went in doctor graced us with his presence and did not even apologize. When I called him on it he still didn't excuse himself.After completing exam which took him about 15 minutes actual face time the office admin expalined we would need 6 additional appointments for cataract surgery. This ofice is very poorly run and it is obvious the main concern is to pack in the patients and collect $. So disappointing to see all the folks in wheelchairs sitting around for so long.
