I have been very pleased with Dr. Burgess. I have some very complicated conditions and he always considers everything carefully before he diagnoses or prescribes. He is unfailingly kind. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends.

Dr Burgess is my new doctor and seems very pleasant and so does his staff. I am trying to get him information from other doctors so I can continue the same treatment I've been on. The delay in that information being relayed to him is not his fault. All in all, he seems compassionate and never keeps me waiting long, which is a great improvement from most doctors I've ever seen.

we were treated well and with respect. I would like to see lab values posted to patient portal more quickly. I know the report came to office. We hope that process of posting onto website can be a project to increase patient satisfaction. Thank you for your service and giving us an opportunity to give feedback.

I have been a patient of Dr. Burgess since he started at the 460 office. In all appointments he has been very understanding and approachable. He appears to have plenty of time to discuss my conditions and concerns with an open mind. I have felt very comfortable visiting and being treated by him.

When my preivous MD Dr. Stephen Ridout moved away, Dr. Burgess became my physician. While I have only seen him 3x so far, I have been very pleased with him. I found him to be personable and easy to talk with. Look forward to having him as my MD for a long time to come.

I appreciated the medical office' attention to getting an early appt. Dr. Burgess diagnosed my illness and prescribed medication and treatment as needed.
