Dr. Henry Evans is one of the best doctors in practice. I have been a patience of Dr. Evans since 1976. Dr. Evans delivered my second baby. When he predict you have an illness, he is almost 100% right. He takes time with his patience's and also care about the care of his patience's.

The office has poor customer service, the nurse practitioner and doctors in the facility does not treat patients properly as far as the care of the patients treatment. Ex: a physical , how can a physical be done when there is no hands on between the doctors and the patients. EX: Lab work is done results stated you have HPV stage 3. In your chart it was noted 1 year ago you had the same results but no one informed you. Diabetic patients are not getting the proper treatment or education. Therefore medicare, medicaid, and other insurance companies are being billed for services that are not rendered. Appointments are set at a specific time, the doctors are not in at that particular time. A 9 am appointment can have a wait time of 4 hours or more for simple services such as a follow-up to get lab results. The staff speaks to the patients very bad. Ridiculous Service who do I report these issues to.

Dr. Evans is a great doctor. The wait time is the worst, and it has made me consider looking for another doctor. I think his appointments are set to close and this makes him behind the moment he starts. He is a very caring doctor, but maybe he has to many patients.
