Dr. Henry Allen Fasteau, DDS

I have been a patient of Dr. Fasteu’s for years. My insurance changed and I was clear to the office what insurance I now had. Apparently they are not on network for that insurance, but failed to tell me. They let me get my cleaning (not even including xrays) and then sent me a bill for the outstanding amount THEY KNEW my insurance would not cover. Had I known they were not in network I would have found a dentist that was. So now I, a supposedly valued patient, have to pay about $130 when they should have told me from the beginning it wouldn’t all be covered. If you ask me, that’s very sneaky and just a way to make money. Clearly patients are only monetary value at this office.

Dr. Fasteau himself and the Hygenists are great but the receptionist and the ease of appointments is horrible. She will not work with you and is nasty.

The receptionist was extremely rude. No one should be spoken to with the amount of attitude she had when she spoke to the customer. This is happened multiple times and is no way to conduct business.
