I needed er appendix surgery late at nite, dr frissora was available and did the surgery! Having surgery wasn't the problem, it took him 11 hours to return and attemp to check on me! He was doing so many surgeries after me that he NEVER found the time for me! Apparently, I believe that there is more money to be made in surgery than recovery! The nursing staff at Beverly Hospital did their job and his, so what was the hurry to get to me! Even though we had words, he or anyone at his office NEVER called to see how I was feeling! This just proves that doctors and hospitals are just a business transaction, not about patients!!!

I was referred to this doctor for a consult.i arrive at office and his witch of a secretary didn't have any of my test results.then after I called my primary care the dr didn't even view them but proceeded to be rude.he was having a bad day.i walked out of there

He removed the bad part of my colon with laproscopic methods and I left the hopital in three days. I had so little pain I did not take any narcotic pain killers and have only one dose of tylenol after returning home. He impressed me with his concern and skill. I highly recommend him and Beverly Hospital. If you are thinking of going to Boston, think twice.

He has followed me post breast cancer for years and repaired a hernia. I have recommended him to my friends. He is an excellant surgeon - who answers your questionbefore you ask him.Concerned and caring to his patience.

my 16 yr old sons appendix burst. Dr Frissora not only listened to my son but also made him feel very safe with what was going on around him. At 16, and as tough as he is, he was scared and just so sick. Dr Frissora came up on my sons request for a concern that was quite upsetting to him, and would not give up til the Dr. came in and sure enough, the Dr. was right there to listen and answer. This meant so much to my son and myself. Incredible staff at his office also, very very professional and personable.

I had a surgery with this doctor several years ago. The surgery went off perfectly and I found him to be very kind and easy to talk to. The office staff is excellent also. I was back to work in days. Highly recommend.
