Dr. Henry Fulton Garcia, MD

Dr. Garcia himself is a wonderful person and physician. However, his office staff is rude and this makes the visit unpleasant enough to look for another physician.

Excellent doctor with a great bedside manner.

He is an excellent doctor, however, his receptionist LULU is the worst. she hangs up the phone on you, refuses to give details about insurance claims, payments, etc and always uses the excuse that she needs to consult with the accountant, why is the accountant taking care of benefit questions??????

Dr. Garcia is a great doctor . However , the office staff have been nothing but unhelpful and rude. That needs to change.

Dr. Garcia is fine but I can't begin to explain how terrible his staff is. They are very rude in person and on the phone. I was hung up on when I called in and then when I called back they asked me to "stop calling." Would never go back with staff like this.

I called to make an appointment today, the receptionist asked if I was pregnant and I said yes, then she asked what insurance I have, I told her that I have El Paso First. She quickly said "we are not accepting that at the moment" and hung the phone up on me. It clearly states on this website and on his direct website that Dr. Garcia does, or possibly has accepted it in the past. This behavior is rude and unacceptable. Medicaid or not his staff should have the courtesy to be professional. I was warned that although Dr. Garcia is professional his staff is not, I just didn't expect them to be this rude. I am disappointed and I would like an apology.

Dr Garcia is amazing! The new girl at the front desk is so rude and unhelpful. The billing is terrible, lulu just charges you and if you dare ask any questions, she becomes very rude. The front staff is truly sad. Gloria is great but it is hard to get transfer to her as lulu will literally hang up on you if you ask to get transferred to Gloria. Dr Garcia please do something about your front staff, You are an amazing Dr but I know you are loosing patients because of your front staff!

Dr. Garcia is a nice man and I believe a good doctor. It is unfortunate, however, that his staff is so unprofessional and incompetent.

Great bedside manner takes time to answer every question a new mom has!

Dr Garcia is a really good doctor, but his front staff is horrible!!! Especially "lulu" she is rude, unprofessional, she lies, and doesn't help you when you have a problem, especially billing. Weird that they are quick to catch that you owe them but if they owe you, you will never hear back from them and when you do have questions, nobody is ever there that can help you and they give you the run around. I dread having to deal with them everytime I go there. The doctor has to know the kind of people he has working for him, how could he not? I feel comfortable with the doctor he is great and I hate to have to find another good doctor like Dr Garcia but the people he has working for him are terrible. I was surprised to find out that I wasn't the only one that dislikes the front staff and not just recently, they've been there for a while. I know I've mentioned it to him before but they are still there and rude as always...
