Dr. Henry Philip Gottsch, MD

Literally the worst care I’ve ever received and I had to pay over a thousand dollars for it. I requested to be physically examined multiple times each time I came in we spoke and they said maybe next time instead they continued to throw drugs at me for urine frequency I was 26 at the time. I went to a uro gynecologist in Montana who did an exam and in under 10 minutes diagnosed me with pelvic floor dysfunction I was healed in a month I had this for 3 years and urology just threw drugs at me. Very upset to have had to pay for this lack of care. Go out of state for specialists

Quick and abrupt with diagnosis.

Felt like I wasn't being took seriously and brushed off my concerns.

Dr Gottsch is great with my toddler. Very patient and good about talking to her, not just her parents.

I found Dr. Gottsch to be rude, arrogant, and not competent to practice HRT therapy. I have been on depo testosterone for over 15 years, its effective, has no measurable side effects, and has enabled me to keep up with my beautiful wife of 14 years. Dr. Gottsch had zero HRT experience, ignored my own experience and essentially had to be convinced by refusing treatment until my T levels were effectively zero for over a month. The final insult was paid by his incompetent staff who claimed to him that I refused to book an appointment , which was an outright lie. Since his practice is the ONLY Urology practice in Casper he has an effective stranglehold on the the market, which explains his and his staffs arrogance and contempt for his own patients.

Dr. Gottsch, if you can call him a doctor needs to figure out how to deal and talk with patients, your not a god or above anyone your a doctor that should show compassion. Your website says " Compassionate care provided by board certified doctors" so I am guess your not board certified then? Also figure out how to shave, your beard is disgusting for being a doctor and surgeon.

I saw Dr. Gottsch for 4 months/4 visits. Each time he prescribed a new drugs. None of them worked and I was still in pain. At my last visit he said, "what do you want me to do for you?" I WANTED the same thing I wanted at the first visit. I wanted him to figure out what was causing my pain and try to fix it!!! I wasn't happy.
