Condescending, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Won't be a second time!

Excellent doctor, very knowledgeable. Friendly office staff. I would totally recomend him!

Do not trust your child's health with this doctor. I will never take my child back there again. When we went in to the office his instructions were very confusing, and went back and forth. After trying to follow directions and feeling frustrated my daughter finally started to cry. I was very confused, and for an adult to feel that way I'm sure it was very scary for a child. I informed the doctor that his instructions were very confusing and for a child they need to be made clear in order to keep them from being scared of the procedures that we're going to happen. His only remarks for that was that is was all of his nurses fault because she doesn't know what she's doing and that well kids cry. He is wrong. My child has a pediatrician, dentist and specialist and she has never reacted the way she did in that office. He is uncaring to children and adults and has no sense of ever wanting to be able to be a good doctor who cares. My hope in making this review is that other parents can avoid… this doctor and the pain that we went through. Don't take your child here.

My daughter was referred here by her pediatrician. It took weeks to get an appointment. When the time finally came, after waiting, the doctor walked in, shoved a scope/light thing up her nose to look without saying a word (she's 5 so that went over just fantastic). Said "yep, she's got mucus" and left. Didn't give my husband a chance to ask questions, nothing. They said they would call to schedule her for a skin test ( she already had a blood test done which is why she was there). I got the approval from the insurance within 2 weeks. The office didn't call me for a month. Then they called and left a message. When I called back, I had to leave a message for the person who called ( apparently the person answering the phone wasn't capable of making an appointment). Never got a call back. Finally contacted them two weeks later and the attitude is just "oh well". My kid is miserable, should have been seen weeks ago, and they act more inconvenienced by having to have to work than… concerned about their potential patients. The referring pediatrician was informed, hopefully they choose not to send more kids that direction. I can't speak for their adult patients, but for kids, no way. That is not how you handle a child. As for the professionalism, it appears to be nonexistent.

He is an amazing and compassionate Doctor, I highly recommended him. staff are great and the office is nice and clean , Best Allergist in San Bernardino county.

I was treated by this doctors center for almost two years. I had been seeing his assistant who quit (I now know why), and never had any complainfs other than the office staff lagging. When I switched insurance and needed a rx filled that wasn't covered, he said he would tell them I didn't want the other ones they wanted to give me. The thing was, I had tried them and they didn't work. After calling a nurse in who agreed all he needed to do was send my chart through, he became upset and began yelling at me in front of my six and three year old daughters. When I asked him if he had taken the class in school for bedside manner because it was no way to talk to a patient, he said he was dropping me. I now have to start the Process all over again

I like Dr Lin and he has helped me get off several medications. Others had not been able to do this without issues and setbacks. My problem is his office hours change to much. The staff has called me twice to say they have changed office hours and want me to change my appt. One of the reasons I picked this Dr was his advertised hours which I find out now are not correct as listed on his website. Last appt is now 4 at Chino ofc and for those that work this is not good.
