I think That I need to contact the Texas Medical Board to file my complaint! This kind of scam deceives patients that they will be seen! 2 months I’ve waited, but they have collected from my insurance company!!! I know that I am paying my insurance premiums!!! Find another doctor!!!

The last nine one star reviews are not our patients. We crossed referenced both of our medical record systems and have never seen any of these people nor have these names in our records. There is an Internet Agitator or Internet Troll out there trying to Blackmail our business. Please look back at our old reviews and you will see that these are not consistent. We have legal action pending to have them removed and will let you know further as that investigation goes on. If anyone has any information about who might be doing this a reward is being offered.

This doctor is more like a salesman than a doctor. I didn’t feel like he had my best interests in mind while selling testing and treatment to me.

I saw this doctor a few months ago. He was very distracted during my visit and I had to keep correcting him as we reviewed my history. I also had to repeat myself multiple times. He ordered a lot of tests and then turned me over to his technicians. I didn’t hear back after several days, so I called the office. I was told he wasn’t available but he would call me. I waited another several days before calling back. This time his secretary put him on the phone but he seemed very confused about my results and couldn’t give me a straight answer about what they meant. I have no faith in this doctor’s medical judgment.

Dr. Lucid spent 5minutes with me, didn’t check my blood pressure or even listen to my heart. He then charged my insurance company thousands of dollars for the visit. The healthcare system is broken and Dr. Lucid is part of the problem.

Dr. Lucid is not reliable. He doesn’t call you with your results despite promising he will. He doesn’t return your phone calls.

Never liked crude jokes or sexual innuendo, and absolutely not in a professional setting.

Dr. Lucid was rushing at my appointment but managed to order a lot of tests. It took weeks to hear back after calling several times. When I did hear back Dr. Lucid was cagey about the results. I tried to have my PCP explain, but Dr. Lucid never sent my results or records to my PCP, even though my PCP referred me to him. My PCP and I both requested records but we have not heard squat from this doctor or his office. All the tests, money spent on tests, and my time have been wasted without the results and what those tests mean. I don’t know if I should be worried or not. My PCP and I are both frustrated and more.

This doctor is all about the money he gets from all the tests he runs in his office! You can never get the results or a straight answer from him! All flash and no substance. Keep moving if you want a heart doctor who actually cares about whether you live or die.

I saw Dr Lucid a few months ago. I waited in the exam room for close to an hour before he showed up. When he did arrive he seemed distracted. He had not reviewed my previous records. He rushed me into testing without listening to my story. I felt bounced from one tech to another. Less than an hour later I was told by his staff that he would CALL me with results. I did NOT receive a call back. I called the office multiple times over the next 2weeks until they finally gave me my results. Very poor treatment and communication about about potentially life threatening heart concerns. NOT going back!
