Dr. Neilley grew up in New Jersey. He received his BS degree from the College of William and Mary and his MD from New Jersey Medical School. He then completed his pediatric residency at Tufts- New England Medical Center in Boston. After completion, he worked for four years at Carver Community Health Center before joining Shaker Pediatrics in 1990.
Dr. Neilley is active in the American Academy of Pediatrics and currently serves as Chairman of the Capital Region Council. He also serves on the Board of Directors.
