Very thorough, friendly, polite, and pays attention to details! Never have had to wait longer that 5 minutes in the waiting area. Love the dentists and all the staff! Office is clearly very well run!

I've been a patient with Henry for many years and he is a fine dentist. However, his front office staff (last few years) is incompetent and at times just plain rude. I have a lot of tolerance for these types of things so when I notice it then it must be a problem. At one time I could call and get an appointment; now you can't and will told they will call you back is something is available. Of course, you may or may not get a call back. Even more disconcerting is the ongoing loss of longtime staff. This speaks volumes when longtime hygienists and assistants that were key members of his team, and the persons with whom you work closely during a visit, leave. Clearly there is a problem at this office. I've been with Henry a long time and used to recommend him to others. Now I'm actively looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Vruwink and staff are great. I recently dislocated my jaw and he worked me in that day. He stayed late to make me an "appliance" that I got the next day. That's consistently the kind of service I've gotten from him over many years. He's a good man.
