Dr. Henry Moyle Yeates, MD

My wife has been going to this location for 19 years and has complained off and on about the customer service but today I believe was the day we look elsewhere. She was running behind and called the office to say that she may be late she was 5 minutes out and to start the process. She got there and the nurse said sorry you are 20 seconds late. They were taking their lunch break and could come back. This is unacceptable and figured everyone should be informed not to expect any kindness from the staff.

Avoid Melissa at all costs. So rude, I have left the office in tears many times because of her.

Really quite happy with Dr. Yeates as we've been patients for the past 6 years. We've never had a problem with any of his staff except for Kayla. She is nice and helpful one day and is rude the next. She's really kind of a bad apple in the group.

Dr. Yeates is fabulous! About half of his nurses are too, Armedia, Melissa and Heather. His other nurses are kinda rude.

I see Dr. Yeates for my seasonal allergies. I do the allergy shots. I feel like Dr. Yeates all of his girls are friendly except for Kayla. I have sent a few friends to see him. They agree that he's a good doctor.

Came in for my hives. It took a few appointments, but I am finally "Hive Free"! His girls are very helpful and smiley.

I was going to give the staff 5 stars, but Kayla is a *ITCH! Not jus once in awhile. But all the time. She has been talking bad about all of her coworkers, Dr. Yeates, Dr. Jacobs and the NP. She thinks she's the best, clearly she's not. She's egotistical and not at all helpful.

Dr. Yeates is the best. Our family has 3 kids with asthma and hay fever. He has treated us for the past 12 years. We've always had excellent treatment and hate that he ever joined Revere Health. That company has a bunch of idiots in their administration and billing departments. When Melissa did all the billing and administrative work it was perfect.

The only thing I would suggest, is to replace Kayla. She not nice and then just sits there while everyone else is busy. I've come to this office for the past 2 years and she's always just sitting there.
