Dr. Herawati T Kandou

Dr. Kandou was always such a wonderful sweet woman who knows what she is doing and always made me feel welcome. I will miss her and everyone at the office.

She is nice most times but her husband the receptionist is very mean!!! Very nasty, his attitude stinks, very rude the way he speaks to people. He was so rude to me many times, always yelling at customers. I wouldn't recommend them at all. She began to be rude to because insurance denied her a payment. They didn't sent in the right code, when I went in office they treated me so badly in front of my child. The man refused to call insur, so I did insur wanted to talk to him, he was so rude yelling at insur guy. Insur told him they just approved the visit, they sent it to my email so allow my daughter to get her service. He was yelling so loud that the insur guy recommend I got another dentist and don't have to put up with that.. That man is sick syco and is upset bc his wife is his boss... The dentist didn't take my daughter's braces off, she did the mold with her braces on and said come back in one month. To my knowledge u take braces off first and then u do the mold. If the retainer… is to loose I'm going to sue her big time... I wouldn't recommend her at all not even for a rat..
