Where to begin... so I have struggled with addiction for about 20 years or so... 5 years ago I had a set back the led to suboxone therapy ... it happened so quickly. Again I was left begging for mercy. How could this have happened again? I was looking for something different. I have tried everything else before. Surrounding yourself with people who are always having these problems can not be good for your mental health n recovery. Maybe we need something more, something diff. These 12 step program were great for the time they started. We have evolved. And so must our recovery! Anyone that is truly tired and wants to learn how we can change our brains with simple things. Dr avart sits with you and step by step gives everyone their own recovery plan based on... just teaching you about your triggers , but then the COPING SKILLS needed to deal with them as they arise. He teaches us emotional intelligence... which is something we do lack living in self centered ness for so long. His… approach is not only diff. But he believe s in this with all of his heart. His passion is in this work. He listeners.... let me repeat. He LISTENS to his patients. And shows each and every one a roadmap to RECOVERY . He’s the most caring suboxone doctor I have ever encountered. I recommend him 10000 percent. He absolutely changed my life, my thinking, my brain. The same one most drs tell us will forever be damaged from drug use. So we may as well stay on something forever.... it’s all a lie! IF I COULD DO THIS... anyone can. He treats every patient with dignity and respect and his approach to helping those who have decided to change their methods of dealing with pain issues and become opiate free are innovative and successful. He also has found the perfect combination of office staffing for efficient care with a friendly attitude. A hidden gem of a practice!
