Dr Bote did carpal tunnel surgery for me in Amat of 2017 and I am so happy with the result! I saw the local hand surgeon before Dr Bote and he told me that I did not need surgery. The night after my surgery, all of my symptoms were gone.

Complications after surgery required follow up with another orthopedic surgeon to correct as Bote assumed no responsibility. Arrogant and condescending. Quote: "I have no idea. I'm puzzled. Sometimes this happens". Turned out to be further damage that was not diagnosed originally and in fact was aggravated by the procedure Bote performed which wasn't really needed in the first place.

He told me I needed shoulder surgery. Torn Rotator muscle, Detached Tendon and bone spurs. Said I would be in recovery for 1 year. I got a second opinion by a sports specialist in Seattle and NONE of these conditions are true...NONE. All I needed was a little rest and some physical therapy.

Dr. Bote was EXCELLENT. He was a second opinion appt and he listened to everything I was going through. He spent a good 45 minutes with me, and I am so happy that he finally found the cause to my pain, after a doctor in North Adams incorrectly diagnosed me. I would recommend him to everyone, he is the best. His staff is quick and efficient. Great experience

Dr. Bote has always been very friendly and professional when he's seen myself and my children. Quick to diagnose as he spends quality time listening to symptoms and conducting his exams. Thank you Dr. Bote for being such a wonderful part of maintaining my family's well being!!! :)
