Dr. Herbert Kwan Wai Chinn, MD

ZERO Star!!! Not even deserve one!!! I don't understand how he can still in business when there are so many people here get treat so bad by him...where can we complain more officially so the Department of Health can review his qualification?? He get all the degrees he needed to be a doctor but real Doctor Heart and Care...NONE!! He is the WORST Doctor I ever meet. VERY Un-professional!! I have no medical vocabulary and he feels I wasting his time asking him questions. Not friendly, sassy, doesn't care what the patient feel, doesn't care what the patient need, doesn't listen what the patient think or suggest . He is just like a ROBOT Doctor. Yes he help me get the stone out, but I will not want to see him again!! Also, his wife (the receptionist) also very rude, not polite to the young one, only nice to the elderly patient or their return patient. I really fell discriminate by the two of them. I will never want to visit his office again!!

Went in feeling as sick as I’ve ever felt and somehow offended him. I apologized but he chewed me out the worst I’ve ever been chewed out in my life.

Been there many times as I think that he's a good urologist as sometimes I wonder, still I didn't go there for 2 years esp because his wife seems to be the receptionist, no wonder girls esp Terry who used to be there for a long time as I feel when Dr Chinn's wife possibly retired, she was there all the time, and I only can imagine as a few months ago another female was there, not long enough and you know what happened as no need to say. But I think Dr. Herbert Chinn is a good urologist.

She’s very rude. Very arrogant . Unprofessional. Uneducated . I offered her constructive criticism, and that she render good service to patients , but she couldn’t take it and turned around and called me with a bad attitude. She kept cutting me off while I was trying to communicate regarding my mom’s health, but she’s unbelievably uncivilized . I don’t know why the Wife was acting aa a staff there. This explains why the clinic doesn’t really have patients . I’m extremely disappointed

Unfortunately, no beside manner. He seems sarcastic with his answers regarding my questions. He did a kidney surgery and I still have many stones left in my kidney!

I was referred to Dr. Chinn to get a prostate biopsy. Dr. Chinn repeatedly volunteered how difficult it had become to make a decent living as a physician, and his negative opinions of the Affordable Care Act. When I returned for the procedure, he again found a way to bring this inappropriate material into his patter as I underwent the stressful procedure. When I later returned for an explanation of the results, he spent about two minutes with me, and gave a cursory explanation, suitable for a child, while recommending a second biopsy. After all that chatter about how hard it's become to pay tuition, etc., I didn't want to have to wonder about his motivations in recommending further procedures, and just felt I could do better. And I did.

A turn off upon meeting this guy. Arrogant and condescending. He forgets who patients are, forgets he is in their employ and should render all respect to his bosses. What a drip!. Highly not recommended if you are sensitive and looking for someone compassionate and caring. He does not meet my standards of quality medical practice.

Dr. Chinn appears to be a competent urologist and his diagnosis have been accurate. However, his interpersonal skills are lacking and a similar problem is reflected in his office staff. Both he and his staff tend to belittle patients and seem to have very little empathy, patience, or time to devote to them.The office space is really in need of renovation and the carpet is filthy. I have been given the "bums rush" at an appointment in his office for the last time and will be looking for a new urologist
