Even though the Doctor has passed away , is there away I can get my medical records ?

Wait time was 2.5 hours. Totally offended when I left couldn't wait until I got out the door so I could cry. He apperently doesn't like women

He and his staff have no interest in performing elective surgeries or anything that doesn't pertain to hand surgery. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of that until after my botched augmentation. At follow up my questions were ignored, my pain was disregarded and now I have to pay to have his mistakes fixed. If he would have just told me he wasn't interested in my cosmetic surgery or he couldn't perform the surgery because he wasn't qualified or whatever the case may have been would have gone elsewhere.

My daughter went to Ecker after a traumatic fall from a second story window while sleepwalking. She needed reconstructive surgery of her nose. Was told her septum was deviated and the nose was shattered. WE told him AND his staff day of consultation AND day of surgery that our daughter had a severe adhesive allergy. Pre-op team laughed and asked what we expected them to do "wrap her face in gauze?" (seriously thought they were kidding). She came out of surgery with ..... you guessed it.... tape and adhesive on her face. Surgery was 7/2 and by 12:30p on 7/3 she was already swollen, red and blistering. Made several calls to the office and felt I wasn't taken serious. By 8:30 that evening I had finally received a call from Ecker himself who told me to "give her 100mg of benedryl and ride it out till Monday." At 10:30p we went to the emergency room of a different hospital and were told that if we had "ridden it out", she would have been dead by Monday of asphyxiation. Ecker… NEVER offered an apology, offered to compensate us for the additional ER charges, his offering was to turn us into collections while we fought him through the insurance company and state licensing board. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone. He is smug and pampas. Doesn't care about his patents and his bed side manner is awful. oh and her septum was NEVER fixed. Nose is crooked.

I saw this doctor for double carpal tunnel surgery and am extremely pleased with the results and follow-up care.

You couldn't pay me to go back there. His mannerisms are absolutely atrocious.

I saw Dr Ecker for reconstructive surgery. He and the staff were very professional and explained everything in detail. He answered all my questions. I didn t feel rushed and felt very comfortable and well informed when I left. I would definitely recommend this office.

I also found Dr. Ecker to be extremely rude and unprofessional. I was referred to him after an injury. I waited for over an hour only to have him make rude comments about my name, my profession, and ultimately my intelligence. He did not even look at my wound. I will NOT go back. Horrible experience!!

Worst most unprofessional doctor ever. He was an hour late. Made smart remarks about my body image over my nose piercing. I spent over an hour in there for him to see me for 4minutes.Told me that whatever stupid thing I did to get myself in here to not do it again because I broke my hand in a car accident. Not empathic at all. The staff over charged me 3 times and when I had my stitches remived the nurse left some in my hand that grew under my skin and left horrible scarring. I will not ever go back to be seen by him for anything. Rude and unprofessional!
