Dr. Herbert I Rettinger, MD

I have been going to Dr. Rettinger's office for 25 years now and appreciate everything they do. It's a complicated specialized business they are in, with so much to do and know at every visit. They always strive to appropriately care for all of my many needs and I appreciate the intelligence and effort they put forth. My hats are off to Katie and Lisa at the front office area, handling so many 'issues' each and every day continually can't be easy. Thank you for all you do!

The Doctor is great. The hour wait to see the doctor needs to be addressed.

The dr. needs to be aware of who he hires on his team. The person who deals with hospital refferals and scheduling outpatient procedures will not do their job. I called and called and they still forgot to schedule for me for my procedure. This cause me much grief for im awaiting my treatment.

Dr. Rettinger listens to what you have to say. He is Professional, highly experienced and spends ample time with you. He examines you, verifies your medications and lab results and explains what he needs you to do. He is one of the best Doctors I have seen because he informs you of lifestyle changes which can make a huge difference in results and gives realistic advice. He doesn't just write a Prescription he wants you to participate in your care and I am very impressed at his ability to judge what is going on with a patient from a few simple questions. I really like this Doctor and feel confident I will get to be where I need to be.

Dr Rettinger saved my life. I was refereed to him as specialist with an odd nodule that no one could diagnose. He was able to determine what it was and established a plan to eliminate it and any future risk. Thank you Dr. R!

Dr. Rettinger has been treating me for type 1 diabetes for over 3 years. He is courteous intelligence and I always feel he cares. He's done a great job keeping my sugar levels weather supposed to be.

Front office staff was extremely courteous, waiting room was very clean (and pretty) and Dr Rettinger was as good as my referring Doc said. I will happily go back.
