Difficulty and insuffiecient parking the halls inside are too narrow long to get wieighed exam rooms too small mean and not helpful do doctor lack medical knowledge clinic that displays a very rude sign about they can refuse service in receptionist area a manager who stated she understands.the

I'll admit there's sometimes a longer wait time at Dr Cs office, but it make sense once you get int the room with him. He spends as much time with you as you need, he answers everything I ask until I understand and feel comfortable. Way more time with me than any other doctor I've had and excellent bedside manner. Fantastic doctor who really seems to care.

Very excellent Doctor. I was going to another doctor in the practice but switched to Dr. Callejas. I have been going to him for over 20 years. He has a lot of older patients and that is probably why the wait is a little longer-we old people tend to ask a lot of questions. I notice if blood work is ok they do not call and say (blook work ok), however if there is a problem, as with my husband, they called him at home and on his cell to have him come back in. Dr. Callejas is very wise most doctors are smart but not many are wise.

Dr. Callejas is a good doctor, but I will no longer be going to him for my medical needs. At my last appointment I was extremely disappointed. I waited 2 hours in the waiting room to be seen. I had a 12:00 appointment and was not called back untill 2:00. When I asked the lady in the front when I would be seen, she rudely responded she didn't know. The office is very well staffed but have terrible customer service. No one greets you or attends you. They see you sitting there but turn a blind eye. When you have lab work, don't expect a call to give you the results. I have numerous tests done and never received a call to follow up on my tests. I have left messages for the nurse and she does not call back untill 2 days later. Something as simple as getting the correct prescription sent to the pharmacy turns into a multiple day problem. They do not send you a copy of results unless you request them. The office also lost some of my lab results and EKG results.

I love Dr.C, he saved my life. I'd been having severe tomach pains and seen a number of doctors nobody could figure it out and kept referring me to other doctors. I was finally sent to Dr.C and he diagnosed me in no time with a very rare and serious disease, I would be dead without him. Yes, when you go see him there's usually a longer wait than with most other doctors but he will spend as much time with you in the examination room as you want. Answers all of your questions and makes sure you understand what is going on. I highly recommend him
