Dr. Herminia G Herrera Tan, MD

i called for an appointment and waited for more than a month only to find out that they gave me a time and date which the clinic is closed. they said they will give me another appointment but they didnt call back anymore. no apologies heard from these people. i have wasted 35$ uber just to get there. the secretaries just passed the call to anyone there. they cant even cater or answer me. i called for an appointment again. when i called i asked for dr tan. so all is set. i called to front office before i go there to find out again that dr tan will not be the dr who will attend for me. how would i asked for other doctor and confirm an appointment if not dr tan. and the secretary insisted it to me that a practitioner will attend to me. so frustrated that even an appointment and for a dr and apology is not heard from this office. talk to your secretaries..

I have come here for 15 years now. Yes sometimes you have to wait but that is because they take time with their patients. Quality Care at the highest level. Dr. Tan is a GREAT DOCTOR my mom, brother, wife, and kids come here. Along with many people from my church. I am a Pastor and Dr. Tan along with much of her staff are Christians. They will not only treat me but pray for me. Dr. Tan is very thorough. She discovered I had prostrate cancer with an early diagnosis. I am now cancer free for 9 years. Dr. Tan herself was a cancer survivor and has the empathy you want in a Dr. when your really sick. I don’t like fast food I like quality restaurants. Any great restaurant you have to wait to get in. If people want a fast appointment go to urgent care. But for me I want quality medical care and that’s what you will get here.

I was given this Drs. name by a family friend who says she loves Dr. Tan. Well, I have called this office 5 times and left 4 voicemails with NO calls back ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As someone who has worked in medical all my life, I think this is one of the most unprofessional things an office can do, sad to say, the Dr. probably does not even know this is happening! So, I'm not rating the Dr. on this review, I'm rating the SERVICE by whoever I leave those messages for asking every time if they would please call me so I can schedule an appt! I have issues that I need a new dr. for and I really do not want to drive out to Scottsdale any longer. I hope this office reads this post as I will continue to write negative reviews for them until this issue is fixed!

One of the three best doctors I have had. Dr. Herminia Tan is very professional, very caring, so knowledgeable, and tactful. When I'm talking, she listens and have a great deal of concern. I highly recommend her.
