He is concerned, competent and knowledgeable.

Dr. García is a great blessing to my mom. Because God sent him to us, my mom is alive. He compassion for my mom is unheard of in these present times. His intelligence is breathtaking. Thank you Dr. Garcia.

Dr. H. Garcia is an awesome doctor, he gives his patients the time they deserved and pay for. Unfortunately he will be leaving his private practice soon, not sure if I will be able to follow him to his new office, I'm very sad

Very compassionate and always gives me a reassuring feeling. He has even called my home after an office visit to check on me. I was in the hospital for a month with complications from pneumonia and sometimes his voice and the care he showed were what kept me going. He was always encouraging me to do better.

Dr. Garcia ordered a test that wasn't covered by Medicare and their office staff wouldn't try to help so we got stuck with a bill of over $500. I can't believe a physician would order tests that aren't medically necessary. Very disappointed.

Horrible staff, Dr. is too busy to attend you, beware!! As soon as you walk in you can see this place is not fit to be a medical office. Awful waiting area with poorly trained staff to match. Don't waste your time!

Excellent physician. When my father was in the hospital, he would come see him more than once daily. He would explain the tons of questions my brothers and I had with extreme patience, including drawing diagrams for us or explaining the bronchoscopy and CAT scans. He truly did all he could for my father, but it was my father's time. He will have my most profound respect for the rest of my days. The only downfall is that his partner Dr. Cortes is his absolute polar opposite.

Dr. Garcia has many years of schooling and is the only pulmonary doctor with knowledgeable experience with PAH anywhere in the Tx/NM area. He's very caring and always gives me the time I need with him. Because of this he is very busy so the wait time tends to be just a bit long. Never beyond 30 minutes though. He never has a problem answering any of my questions. His staff is polite and helpful. He has also attended PAH support group meetings and has even had them in his office after hours. I give him an A+ rating.
