Dr Mugaisi is thorough and personable. If he was associated with Sentara instead of Maryview, I would be more than satisfied with him as a primary doc! Office staff is great too!

Dr Mugaisi is very thorough, if it wasn't for him my husband my not still be alive. I think he is very caring and his bedside is great.

Do not waste your time going to Dr Mugaisi. All he does is pawn you off to other doctors and then when you follow up with him, he screams at you and says "I can't be your PCP!"

he told me that I needed to seek a doctor in behavioral health, but the friend who recommended me to him, he prescribed her Xanax, no questions asked, didn't refer her to behavioral health
