Dr. Heshaam Mohamed Fallah

Dr. Fallah is an amazing surgeon that performed a SARPE surgery on me over a year ago and last month performed a double jaw surgery that seems to be perfect. I would highly recommend Dr. Fallah to anyone who is looking to correct their bite. My orthodontist is excited with the results and can't wait for everything to settle into place over the next 11 months.

Doctor review only: Dr.Fallah is a highly intelligent, skillful medical doctor and surgeon. He was knowledgable about the disease process my father was enduring and was able to communicate effectively with my Hearing impaired fatther. Dr. Fallah kimd, caring, and genuine....what more could one ask for!

This is not really about Dr. Fallah who personally seems to be a nice guy. This is about his support staff who are unbelievably incompetent, as well as slow and rude. It took me weeks to get an appointment for my child and then when I came in (from an hour away--I had to take my child out of school!), I was told he was not there and we couldn't be helped. The staff did not seem to be the least bit concerned about this. I proved them with a cell phone number and asked that the dept. manager call me and they didn't. Then just as I was about to get on the freeway to drive back home (an hour away!), I received a phone call from my husband who said that they had found another doctor and could see me. TOO LATE. They called my HUSBAND in MARIN COUNTY, not my cell phone which I had just given them. When I tried to contact the office later to complain they were rude and uncooperative.
