Dr. Hesham Ali Fakhri, MD

Horrible doctor. Shames his patients for asking questions. Diagnoses serious conditions based on basic tests instead of the more serious tests it actually requires. Disrespectful and discriminatory based on age. Pushes medicine to shut up the patient. Gets nasty very quickly.

I had an appointment for a stress test and ultrasound today. I fasted and prepared as instructed. After a 45 minute wait I was injected with the material and connected. The office could not get their computer working, moving it from room to room trying to figure out what was wrong. An hour later, I still sat there with a needle in my arm. I asked to be disconnected and to go elsewhere for the tests. Doctor came out and said things happen and I should appreciate his staff. Only one young lady attempted to remedy the situation. Old equipment, nonchalant doctor about others' time. They should have told me they were having difficulties and asked to reschedule. Two hours wasted. I do not recommend him.

I had gone to the emergency room for chest pain multiple times, and following the visit in which I had elevated indicators, Fahkri told me I needed to have a cardiac cath, it was urgent, & it must be prior to leaving for a mission trip to Thailand 3 weeks later. The office submitted to insurance only one work day prior to the procedure. Insurance denied the procedure at noon on Friday for a Monday procedure due to the office not submitting the correct documentation. The insurance company was willing to approve, however needed the Dr. to call in. Instead of calling, Fahkri had his worthless PA call in, somebody I have never met and told them not urgent. Either it was urgent or Fahkri is greedy and needed to fill an$18K slot. Front desk told me Fahkri would call me shortly, he NEVER called. I travel every week for work and took my last PTO week off of work, so now I can't do the procedure because I can't be home to do it. Update: After finally calling me back after the… scheduled time for my procedure, he told me that he was doing me a FAVOR by having the Nurse practitioner call insurance for me. Run from this "Doctor".
