He’s overrated. He thinks he’s way better than he is. Due to the lack of electrophysiologists In area, I had no choice but to see him for the last 7 years. He blindly supports his staff even though they are terrible. The last pacemaker battery change he gave me included a massive hematoma, that turned my belly to my neck completely purple for about 4 months. I’m glad I moved from that area. Now, he’s denied giving me a hardcopy, or a disk of my medical records which is against the law.

Now just trying to get my medical records from him has been a nightmare. I still can’t get the record of his last screwup of my pacemaker battery change. I wonder why.

Dr. Bhakta has been seeing me for over 2 years and has taken me through steps until we finally decided it was time for an ablation and then a pacemaker. I appreciated his knowledge, forthrightness and caring practice. I feel the best I've felt in a long time and I am grateful for his care. His bedside manner is on the top of the list and he helps you understand and works with you on what's best for your care. I too have some problems with the office, but thankfully, they aren't treating me!!!

Good doctor if you can ever see him for more than 5 minutes. Does not return calls. Front office is unfriendly and incompetent....especially the manager.

Dr. is outstanding but has no time for his patients really and his front office staff is the rudest and worst I ever experienced in my life. But I would rate Dr. Bahtka a 5 if it were not for his office staff and inability to talk to him.

Doctor and staff are very professional, informative and compassionate. My problem is not an easy solve but I feel very cared for and able to understand what is happening to me and how we are treating it. Highly recommend!

The medical care is outstanding. The office staff - horrible!!!! Had to call numerous times to get cardioversion scheduled. Had to call twice to get lab work order sent to Labcorp after I was promised, "I'll send it in right now." Blood thinner not called in until I spoke with Dr Kotak. Very poor communication and NO follow up!!!

After a long time, a lot of tests, and various specialists with no diagnosis of underlying cause to many symptoms, at my first consultation Dr. Bhakta knew what was needed to obtain the information for a complete, accurate diagnosis and then knew what was needed to resolve my problems. During each step of the process Dr. Bhakta and all of his staff were knowledgeable, professional, efficient, effective and CARING! They make the most of the new technologies to provide safe, effective care!

Now out of Afib, thanks to the Ablation procedure and skilled hands.
