Dr Le and his staff are friendly courteous and respectful each and every time I have an appointment. Joann will call the day before my appointment as a reminder. Dr Le would take the time to hear any of my concerns and always give the best options on what would be the best route medically. I cannot praise him enough. Dr.Le is an outstanding dr. He is always listening to what you have to see and I feel he genuinely cares. I have been seeing him for weight loss but will be using him as my primary care. His nurse Joann is always nice and gives a courtesy call the day before my appointments. I gladly drive 1 1/2 hours to my appointments. Would recommend Dr. Le and his staff and not think twice about it.

I have been a patient of Dr Le’s for a long time, and he is the best physician in the world. I needed to be seen last week, and due to my work schedule, I was able to see him last Saturday. His hours are accommodating to anyone who works, and he can get you in right away. His office is very clean, and Joann will schedule you for a time that is convenient for your schedule. I highly recommend Dr Le for your healthcare needs.

Best initial visit I've ever experienced! The doctor is very attentive and JoAnn, in the front, is so kind! She got me in to see the doctor right away. There was no crazy long wait time either, just make sure to pay if forward by showing up on time if you have an appointment (or a little early for the paperwork if it's your first visit). This place has an outstanding team.

After covid and losing or family doctor twice looking for a new doctor was becoming a downer. Then we walked into Dr. Le office. The waiting room lifts your sprits right away. Then you meet Joanne. She is more organized than NASA. Her guidance makes the start of meeting a new doctor relaxed and pleasant. Dr Le has a personal touch we have not seen in 20 years. He makes you feel relaxed making communication between doctor and patience easy.

I have been a patient of Dr Le’s for a very long time and he’s the best physician in Bluefield. I love going there as a patient. Joann is always kind too me and I know that if I need to be seen right away, she will get me in without any problem whatsoever. I have been in many offices in the area, as well as out of the area, and Westwood Family Medicine is the most soothing, clean office that I have ever been in. It’s like being at home when you go there for an appointment. Dr Le cares so much about his patients and he really cares about each one of us. He has a great personality and is so easy to talk with. This alone is what makes him such a great physician. I highly recommend Dr Le for your healthcare needs.

Dr. Le is great. He’s the first doctor that makes me feel like a patient and not a transaction. He takes his time and makes sure all your concerns are heard and addressed. His staff is also very friendly and helpful. I’m glad I decided to see him and make him my primary physician.

Dr. Le started me on a new diet regime, and it has now been 6 months. I have shed about 15 pounds, and my health has never been better.
