it is unfortunate that i did not have a great experience with Dr. Phan. While the colonoscopy that he performed went well, he changed the code from preventative to diagnostic and now I have an unexpected $1300 bill that I need to pay. Was never told that this would be done and his office manager has not returned over a dozen calls. They will not listen to reason or consider the paperwork that proves our side of this dilemma.

I was sent to see Dr Phan by my primary doctor. It was the best decision for me.Dr Pham and his office staff and the nurses are great.Dr Pham treated me with wonderful care.If I could I would rate Dr Pham a 10.

I have had 3 procedures with Dr. Phan. I found him to be very professional and explained everything so I understood what was going to happen. Good follow up visits and very friendly office staff.

Dr. Phan, is the best in Lancaster. I had been his patience on 3 different occasions. He knows what needs to be done, no unnecessary tests. Fantastic Dr,and staff, can't find anyone better. Highly recommended!

I needed Hemorrhoid surgery, however the doctors I went to at Hershey Medical Center refused to treat me due to other medical conditions. I then heard about THD which was non-invasive. Dr. Phan performed this procedure. I went in as a day visit to Lancaster General where the doctor fixed me up. I cannot be more happy !! Everything went as planned an better. I feel like a new person and would highly recommend.

My time with Dr Phan was very good. I had full confedence in his treatment. He was very nice and answered my questions, In the preperation for surgery he was very caring. Would reccommend this fine Dr to anyone needing surgery. Would also use him again if need be. He has a fine office and his staff are all wonderful caregivers.
