Dr. Hilaire Wood Fisher, MD

I have been a patient of Dr Fisher for over 10 years, and I just recently made an updated appointment to see Dr Fisher, because of a UTI, and I wasn't allowed to see her, I had to see her PA, which I was not pleased, by I went on and, seen her, but a week later, my Bladder got worse, and I was in a lot of Pain, and I could not (Urinate) and I called and made another appointment, but when I got to the office, I found out that I was seeing the PA again, and I told her that I would like to see Dr Fisher, because the Treatment and Medicine she gave me was not working, So her and the other office staff got rude with me, letting me know that I didn't have no choice, So I told them that I will just find another Urologist, and that might I ended up in the Emergency Room, with a (Sepsis Infection) that was Attacking my Bladder/Kidneys/and Liver, and I could not Urinate and I was in the Hospital for one Week, but also I had A CT Scan done today, 7/31/26, ordered by my New Urologist, because I… also have a Large Kidney Stone behind my Bladder, that have to be removed by Surgery, and I could have died, Dealing with Dr Fisher's Terrible Staff, and Dr Fisher ain't even aware of me attempting to see her!

Dr Fisher is the gold standard in pelvic restoration. She helped me address several issues I didn’t even know I had. She has an amazingly friendly and knowledgeable bedside manner. She is a consummate professional- very thorough and easy to share my concerns with her. She understood exactly what I was telling her. Her office is easy to schedule with and her staff is friendly and helpful. I called several people and friends who are doctors and they ALL referred me to Dr Fisher. After repeated referrals I knew she was the one to help me. She is absolutely the best! I send everyone I know to her!

Worst OB/GYN appointment of my life. Dr. Fisher hurt me during my exam, and then did a catheter without telling me what she was doing, or without my permission. I had terrible pain in that area from interstitial cystitis which she told me she thought I didn’t have. I finally yelled, stop!! She was also condescending and harsh when she walked in the room, saying, “I can’t help you if you don’t have a 24 hour log “. The office only told me about the log late in the afternoon before I had a morning appointment the next morning. There were also things put on my chart that are not accurate about me which other doctors can see.

Dr. Hilaire fixed my age-old problem that I thought could not be fixed. I feel as good as new and enjoying being intimate with my partner as if I were in my 20's. Not only was she a great surgeon--assessed my physical needs, and explained the procedures in simple terms--she was caring and encouraging. Great bedside manners.

Had reconstruction and could not twll a difference at all, in fact, it seemed my urinary issues worsened. Horrible doctor with poor bedside manner.

Dr. Fisher is an outstanding physician. She is kind and takes time to explain everything. I would recommend her strongly.

Very patient, knowledgable , and skilled surgeon. Diagnosis was correct and problem taken care of in a timely manner!! She is awesome!!

Dr. Wood is a wonderful physician and will continue to develop her skills as a surgeon in this new field of uro-gynocology. She is caring and will do what is necessary to reassure her patients. I highly recommend her and will do so for friends that require this speciality related surgery in the future.
